SOTI MobiControl is the company’s flagship solution and the core of the SOTI ONE platform. It enables the tracking, management, and security of mobile devices at every stage of their lifecycle, from unboxing to decommissioning. The system supports multiple manufacturers, various operating systems, and device deployment models, including BYOD, COBO, and CYOD.
With SOTI MobiControl, organizations can, among other things:
- remotely distribute apps and data to mobile devices,
- use advanced geofencing to automatically apply policies and content based on location,
- monitor the status of their device fleet in real time,
- restrict devices to kiosk mode or selected apps,
- provide remote support to users and minimize downtime.
The solution is available as a cloud-based solution, an on-premises solution, or as a managed service provided by a certified SOTI partner.
SOTI Connect. Automation of printer deployment and maintenance
SOTI Connect addresses the challenges associated with deploying and maintaining large fleets of industrial printers. The solution automatically detects, configures, and registers printers in the system, allowing devices to be sent directly to their destination and be ready for use as soon as they are connected to the network.
The key benefits include reducing the time required to deploy a new printer from several weeks to just a few days, lowering deployment costs, and continuously monitoring the technical condition of the devices (including the condition of the print head, battery, and firmware version), which allows for faster diagnosis and resolution of issues.
SOTI XSight. Analytics and Proactive Incident Management
SOTI XSight is an analytics tool that provides full visibility into the status and performance of a mobile device fleet and the applications installed on them. The system allows you to define alert thresholds for key metrics (e.g., battery level, data usage, signal strength) and automatically notifies administrators of anomalies before they escalate into more serious problems.
With features such as a device list that allows for individual device analysis (Device Spotlight) and remote device control from the dashboard, IT teams can more quickly identify the root causes of problems, minimize downtime, and make decisions based on historical and real-time data.
SOTI Snap. Digitizing paper-based processes and rapid app development
SOTI Snap is a low-code/no-code platform for quickly creating mobile apps without having to write code. It allows you to design forms and surveys as modern mobile apps that can be deployed simultaneously on Android and iOS devices.
SOTI Snap allows users, among other things, to collect data using photos, video, and audio recordings; electronically sign documents; work offline; and generate ready-to-use PDF documents based on completed forms. The solution also integrates with SOTI XSight, enabling the presentation of data collected in the applications in the form of real-time reports and business metrics.
