Every alarm event and every test is fully logged, ensuring complete documentation of the system’s operation and making it easier to meet audit requirements.
The system architecture supports multiple channels for triggering an alarm – from a physical alarm button, through a preconfigured phone key, to integration with sensors and IoT devices, and external systems via API.
Integration with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Telecommunications Systems
The SOiA system can be deeply integrated with an existing Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise telephone exchange via the Alcatel-Lucent Visual Notification Assistant (VNA) solution.
