It’s been a busy time for INNERGO, with a series of meetings with students. In March, we participated in job fairs in Krosno, at the State University of Applied Sciences, and in Kraków, at the AGH University of Science and Technology.
INNERGO was represented by our HR specialists and engineers.
Our conversations with students focused primarily on the future—both theirs and ours—because we share a common goal: technological development. The Job Fair is a great opportunity to discover new talent, so we presented our current job openings to visitors at our booth and encouraged them to check our Career Page regularly. We also took the opportunity to provide an overview of INNERGO’s business profile—the sectors for which we develop solutions, as well as the partners and clients we work with.
In addition to substantive discussions, there was also time for some more casual activities. Those interested could take part in a quiz about INNERGO, and for each correct answer, they spun the wheel of fortune to win a prize.
Participating in a job fair is always a valuable experience. And even though there are plenty of visitors—over 4,000 students attended the Kraków fair—and time is limited, it’s always a good opportunity to talk and gain insight into the perspectives of the generations that are about to enter the job market.
