On January 16, 2025, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) and INNERGO entered into an agreement for the delivery and implementation of an aviation voice recording (Audio) and ATM air traffic management system (Video) visualization system at the operational stations of the Air Traffic Control Services.
For the locations Poznań, Gdańsk, Katowice, and Kraków, the systems will provide both audio and video recording, while for the other 10 locations, they will only provide audio recording.
The core of the delivered solution will be the JOTRON solution. For the proper functioning of the entire system, INNERGO has also designed a comprehensive ICT infrastructure, including network switches and servers, taking into account the customer’s requirements.
INNERGO has been cooperating with PANSA since 2016 – previously implementing the delivery of airborne voice and video correspondence recording for the Air Traffic Control Service in Balice.

Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA)
The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) is a state air traffic management authority established on April 1, 2007, subordinate to the minister responsible for transport.
The agency has taken over the existing legal obligations and tasks of the Air Traffic Agency, which include:
- airspace management (ASM),
- air traffic flow management (ATFM),
- providing air traffic services (ATS).
Aircraft in controlled airspace or performing an air operation at a controlled airport are under the constant supervision of air traffic controllers. Their task is to ensure safe distances (separation) between aircraft (i.e. to provide air traffic control services), as well as between aircraft and various types of restricted areas, and – in the event of a dangerous situation – to provide assistance and help to the pilot.
The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) operates on three levels of control over the territory of Poland:
- area control service,
- proximity control service,
- airport security service.
Additionally, PANSA also provides a flight information service (FIS) in uncontrolled airspace. It also cooperates with search and rescue (SAR) authorities, providing an emergency service.
