We have completed an implementation covering the delivery and installation of a telephone exchange system for the Maritime Office in Szczecin.
The reliability of telecommunications infrastructure is extremely important, especially in the public administration sector, due to the need for efficient communication of the administrative staff.
As part of the contract, our company delivered the Alcatel Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise telecommunications system based on VoIP technology, together with Alcatel Lucent OmniSwitch (6450-P24 series) terminals and network devices. We paid special attention to ensure that the implemented system could easily integrate with the existing telecommunications infrastructure and support callers located in six different locations. The implementation also included dedicated training for the Maritime Office employees on how to manage the newly implemented system.
The gross value of the implementation was over PLN 570,000.
